International adoption. Discrimination based on the religion and ethnicity of the minor.

In terms of international adoption, it is legitimate to reject the application for suitability of spouses who, discriminating on the basis of the characteristics of the minor, exclude their willingness to adopt minors of religions other than Catholic as well as children of psychiatric patients or of Roma origin, also expressing perplexity with respect to a black child.
