Relevance of cultural factors as a justification for crimes against family members.

The fact that the parent, according to the conceptions of the nomadic culture of origin, considers the minor capable of looking after himself, also with the help of relatives of the same age as him, does not exclude the willful misconduct of the crime of abandonment of minors. Furthermore, the danger to the safety of the minor cannot be considered excluded due to the habits of the family received by the minor, where the external environment is governed by different customs.
