Ruling

1. The revocation of Russian citizenship of the applicant and his following expulsion from the Russian territory violates art. 8 ECHR, since Russian authorities failed to adequately explain the reasons why the individual constitutes a threat to national security. 

2. The revocation of Russian citizenship of the applicant and his following expulsion from the Russian territory violates art. 8 ECHR, since Russian authorities failed to consider the fact that the applicant has been living in Russia for a significant amount of time and has established his family there.
