The pluralism of a legal system is rooted in its constitution. A comparison between different systems, such as the Italian and the French one, can offer interesting insights into our topics.

 

We are therefore pleased to announce the Franco-Italian conference (28-30 October), organised by the Department of Law of RomaTre, the CJRC and the GruppoDiPisa, on "Dialogue between constitutional doctrines".
